We focus on premium quality — better blanks, cleaner print execution and proper embroidery setup. We don't cut corners on garment selection or decoration quality. If something about a file or garment choice concerns us, we'll tell you before we go ahead.
We use DTF (direct-to-film) printing, sublimation and embroidery, depending on the garment, design and finish you're after. Each method has its own strengths — we'll advise on the best option for your specific project.
DTF is excellent for full-colour, detailed artwork and works on almost any fabric. Sublimation is ideal for polyester garments and produces an all-over print with no feel on the fabric. Embroidery gives a premium, textured finish well-suited to logos and workwear. Contact us with your design and garment in mind and we'll recommend the right method.
Yes — embroidery is one of our core services. We embroider logos, text and designs onto polos, jackets, caps, workwear and other garments. Embroidery requires a digitised version of your design; we handle digitisation where required.
Digitising converts your logo or artwork into an embroidery file that tells the machine exactly where to stitch, in which direction and at what density. Every embroidery job requires a digitised file — we handle this as part of the embroidery setup process. Contact us to discuss.
Yes — for larger orders, we recommend a sample before committing to full production. Contact us to discuss sample options for your project.
We can source and supply suitable blank garments as part of your order. Alternatively, you can send your own blanks for us to decorate. If you're providing your own garments, contact us first to confirm they're suitable for the decoration method you want.
We work with t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, polo shirts, jackets, caps, bags, workwear and more. Contact us with your specific garment and we'll confirm suitability for your chosen decoration method.

Yes — this is something we have experience with. We can support you from sampling through to production and fulfilment. Contact us with your concept and we'll discuss what's involved and how we can help.
A brand drop (or merch drop) is a limited release of branded clothing or merchandise — typically a small collection launched at a specific time to generate demand. We can produce the garments and items for a drop. Contact us to discuss quantities, timing and what's required.
For printing: PNG with a transparent background at 300 dpi or above, or a vector file (AI, EPS, SVG). For embroidery: if you have a vector logo, provide that — we handle digitisation. JPEG files are accepted but may require additional preparation.
Send what you have — a rough logo, a low-resolution image, or even a description of what you want. We'll assess what's possible and advise on the next steps.
Wash embroidered garments inside out on a gentle cycle. Avoid harsh detergents and do not tumble dry on high heat. Iron on the reverse of the embroidery, not directly on top of it. These steps will significantly extend the life of the stitching.

We print in RGB and match as closely as possible to your supplied file. For brand-critical colour accuracy, provide Pantone references. For embroidery, we work from a thread colour chart — slight variation between the on-screen colour and stitched result is normal. We'll advise on the closest available thread match before production.
