Our Quality Standards — What Premium Personalisation Actually Means
The word "premium" is used by a lot of custom printing businesses. Here is what it means in practice at Elite Print Studio.
Better garments
We will not put a quality print on a substandard garment. Our baseline for clothing is 280–320gsm or above, from suppliers who care about ethical production and consistent sizing. We can share garment specifications on request.
Calibrated equipment
Our printing and sublimation equipment is set up and maintained properly. Press temperature, pressure, and time settings are calibrated for each material type. This is not something all custom printers bother with — the results reflect that.
Artwork review before printing
Every file is reviewed before production begins. Resolution, colour mode, transparency, and design placement are all checked. We flag issues and get your approval before printing a single item.
Quality check before dispatch
Every finished item is checked against your approved artwork before it is packaged. If something is not right, it is reprinted. We do not dispatch in hope.
Our guarantee
If an item we produce does not meet the standard we have described — in print quality, finish, or accuracy — we remake it at no charge. That is not a marketing line. It is how we operate.
